Mom Chris Paula and I arrived at Saint John Regional around 9:00 AM. David drove over and was on hand at around 10:00 AM. They  x-rayed mom and took some blood before being wheeled into surgery at 10:40 AM.

 

The surgery was scheduled to begin at 11:30 AM we were not sure when Dr Abraham actually began. The surgery was to take approx 5 hours and then she was to be put into recovery.

 

Dr Abraham came to see us about 5:15 PM. Mom got along well. They inserted 4 new rods. She was moved to ICU. Paula, Chris and I were able to see her in ICU. She is awake and extubated. She is very sore but her vitals are all stable. Paula will be at the hospital in the morning. More info will be posted then.
